Gretchen, I like your stated goal in your plan. It is opened-ended question that allows for much flexibility. I was wondering if you were going to add more action steps to your plan or if you were going to keep the action step as general overall step for the entire project.

Gretchen, I as well am researching RTI. I have been asked to revamp our entire program and come up with something completely new with training for our teachers. I really like what you had to say about the administration actually getting help from the faculty. I am the new AP at our elementary school and that is so very important to me to have assistance in decision making. That is a huge part of RTI. Our region center is getting involved as well. I have been in contact with them and they will assist us with this transition. There are also webinars for RTI that you may want to look into for training that are usually free. Once I know more I will try to share with all the people who are involved with researching RTI. I hope to get something started at an elementary level that will stay consistent through middle school and high school.
Gretchen, Michael was the one who was talking about admin. I cut and pasted the info I wrote on his. That's why it says that in my post. I would love to follow each other's blogs. I would love to share email address too. I check that all the time during the day. Let me know if you would like to as well.
